The overall goal of our HomeTRACK online course is to provide a clear understanding of the essential responsibilities and rewards associated with homeownership. The course also provides a financial strategy to the participants to retain their homes.

Our HomeTRACK course provides potential homebuyers with information and the skills needed to improve their budget and credit profiles, how to shop for a mortgage loan, securing a mortgage loan, locating, and evaluating a home to purchase. The course has practical exercises where the participants can have fun as they learn about home buying and home retention.
